Gina DeMaio

I spent 22 years behind the chair as a hairstylist, making people feel beautiful. Now I help people feel confident and supported while they buy or sell a home. If you want to learn how to listen, try doing someone's hair every six weeks for two decades. People tell you everything. That's where I learned that the house is never just the house. It's the new baby, the kids leaving, the parent who needs to move in, the fresh start.

I was born and raised on Long Island. Mark and I grew up in Deer Park, raised our kids there, and now live right in Huntington Village. I talk to everyone like they're family, and I'll tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear. I'd rather you hear it from me now than from a buyer later.

I'm also the one who notices the paint color. Design has always been my thing, so when your home goes on the market, it's going to look its best.
