Privacy policy
How The Vogler Team website collects, uses and protects your information: what our forms ask for, who receives it, how texts work, and how to have it deleted.
What this site collects
This policy covers thevoglerteam.com. Last updated October 26, 2026.
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks, like your timeline or the town you're interested in.
If you give us a phone number, we also record whether you checked the box agreeing to text messages, the exact wording that box showed, and when you checked it.
Beyond that, the site keeps the standard technical logs any website keeps, such as the pages visited and the type of browser used. We use privacy-friendly visit counts from our website host that don't use advertising cookies and don't identify you.
Who receives it
Your form goes to us, Mark and Gina, through our contact system (GoHighLevel, which we call the Mashore Method). That's where we keep track of who we're helping and follow up with them.
The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which runs the servers your information passes through on its way to us.
These companies handle your information only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your information, and we don't give or rent it to anyone for their own marketing.
If you go on to buy or sell with us, we'll share what's needed with the people working on your transaction, such as attorneys, lenders, and our brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty, and only for that purpose.
How it is used
We use your information to answer your question, to help you buy or sell a home, and to follow up with you about it.
We also send an email newsletter with Long Island market news and local happenings. You can unsubscribe from it any time with the link at the bottom of every issue, and we'll stop.
We keep your information as long as we're helping you, and as long as our brokerage's record-keeping rules require. Ask us and we'll delete what we're not required to keep.
Advertising and analytics
This site uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. It records which pages you visit and when a form is sent, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have visited our site. It never sends your name, email address or phone number to Meta. Meta handles what it collects under its own privacy policy, and you can change how ads are shown to you in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Updated November 1, 2026.
Calls and text messages
We only text you if you checked the box agreeing to text messages. Agreeing is never required to get help from us. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on what you've asked us about.
To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (631) 796-1443. We don't share your phone number or your text consent with anyone for their marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Send any request to the contact details below and we'll take care of it. If we need to keep something because of a legal or brokerage record-keeping requirement, we'll tell you what and why.
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
